What We Do
On the food trail we enjoy a truly Australian farming adventure at grass roots level, complete with chicken caravan, Highland cattle horses, Wolfhounds and Railway carriage accommodation conversions that include a sunken bush bath! We enjoy the company of a real life Calamity Jane, and visit waterfalls, flying foxes and billabongs for swimming. Lunch and a stroll is enjoyed in the pretty village of Burrawang.
If your interest in winemaking is uppermost, our wine trail will have you begin your exploring in the historic town of Berrima and take you to Moss Vale and Mittagong with lunch in the beautiful town of Bowral. From small batch vineyards with beautiful vistas to a state of the art 200 tonne winery, we experience small town charms with big city sophistication. Artisan chocolate and cheese stores are additional highlights if time permits.
For a total immersion of “Everything Southern Highlands” this is the ultimate regional experience. The Best of the Southern Highlands tour caters for families, nature and marsupial lovers, foodies and lovers of wine. The tour can be designed around what you enjoying doing the most from kayaking a magnificent lake surrounded by wilderness while enjoying some local wine and foods from your outrigger to having a face to face encounter with a kangaroo or wombat.
We visit farms and vineyards who are prize winning producers, supplying local restaurants. We taste magnificent cold climate wines and we travel this beautiful countryside, home to an eclectic mix of artisans and decorators.

The Highlights
Interacting with a farmer passionate about the paddock to plate experience, with high quality food and an emphasis on local production. While you see amazing waterfalls and lookouts you’ll experience native animals in the wild, expect to see kangaroos and wombats grazing on rolling hills!
Visits to three fabulous vineyards on the wine trail will delight the senses and enhance your wine knowledge. The behind the scenes tour with the cellar master or winemaker will introduce you to many different wine varietals and unique award winning cool climate wines.
Good To Know
Your Experience is private – for individuals, couples or your group of up to 7 people. It includes all wine tastings, morning tea and either a restaurant or cafe-style luncheon – prices vary depending on your choice. Bring your camera and shoes suitable for strolling while visiting the farm, falls and vineyards.
Your Food – When you book please let us know if you any dietary requirements, including gluten-free, lactose intolerant, vegetarian or vegan so we can plan ahead.
Your Transfers – We’ll collect you from your hotel at 7.30am and drop you back by 5.45 – 6pm
